1. Member Registration & Eligibility
By registering a ZypeMe account, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and that all profile inputs (including identity verification details) are authentic and correct.
2. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) and Wallet Structure
ZypeMe implements a 12-level network commission tree. Commissions are accumulated on wallet balances when referred downline accounts make active subscription renewals. Creating sybil accounts, duplicate profiles, or using automation to fake referrals is a violation of these terms and will result in wallet forfeiture and account termination.
3. Community Safety & Code of Conduct
Users must not upload copyrighted materials, engage in targeted harassment, distribute spam links, or impersonate businesses. Violators will be permanently blacklisted from matching/feed views.
4. Subscription & Withdrawals
All subscription payments to unlock directory listing rankings are final. Wallet payouts are processed within 3-5 business days upon completing KYC/PAN document updates inside the user dashboard.
