Welcome to ZypeMe, a dating and social matchmaking platform operated by Zypeme Private Limited, (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the ZypeMe mobile application or website (“App” or “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue accessing or using the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ZypeMe, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Zypeme Private Limited. Continued use of the App after any modifications means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility (18+ Only)

ZypeMe is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly allow minors to register. If we find that an account belongs to a minor, it may be suspended or permanently deleted without notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate, updated, and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree not to create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or share your account with others. Suspicious, misleading, or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use ZypeMe for personal and lawful purposes only. You are responsible for your conduct, messages, and interactions. You agree to treat all users with respect, refrain from abusive behavior, and comply with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the platform for advertising, commercial activities, fraud, harm, exploitation, or criminal intent.

5. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZypeMe:

  • Uploading or sharing pornographic, explicit, violent, abusive, or illegal content
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, or intimidation
  • Hate speech, discrimination, offensive language, or promotion of violence
  • Fake profiles, impersonation, scams, or misleading identity
  • Sharing another person’s personal information without consent
  • Sexual exploitation, solicitation, or activities related to escorting or prostitution
  • Spamming, solicitation, or commercial promotion

We reserve full rights to moderate, remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. User Content & License

You retain ownership of content you post on ZypeMe. However, by uploading content, you grant ZypeMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for App functionality, safety, and promotional purposes. You confirm that content you upload does not violate any copyright, privacy rights, or laws.

7. Safety, Risks & User Precautions

ZypeMe does not conduct background checks or identity verification of every user. You are responsible for your safety when interacting with others, both online and offline. We strongly recommend:

  • Avoid sharing financial or sensitive personal information
  • Verify identities before meeting users
  • Meet in public places and inform someone you trust
  • Stop communication if you feel unsafe

ZypeMe is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or identity of users you meet on or off the platform.

8. Consent, Interaction & Respect

All interactions must be consensual, respectful, and appropriate. Unwanted sexual messages, aggressive behavior, or repeated harassment will result in immediate action. Users can block or report other users at any time. ZypeMe reserves the right to investigate and take action, including suspension or account deletion.

9. Reporting, Moderation & Account Actions

Users can report content or behavior that violates these Terms. We may review complaints and take actions such as warnings, suspensions, content removal, or permanent bans. ZypeMe is not obligated to share details of moderation decisions for privacy and safety reasons.

10. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

ZypeMe offers premium features through paid subscription plans (“ZypeMe Premium”), which may include monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize ZypeMe to charge the applicable subscription fee through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. Your subscription will remain active until cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

All subscription payments are securely processed by Razorpay and support multiple payment methods including UPI, Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Billing details, auto-debit mandates, subscription renewals, and payment authentication are managed by Razorpay in compliance with RBI regulations.

a) Auto-Renewal & Recurring Payments

By subscribing, you confirm and authorize Razorpay to automatically charge the subscription amount at the start of each billing cycle. Recurring payments will continue unless you cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. You may disable auto-renewal at any time through the Razorpay subscription management link or by contacting our support team.

b) Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future auto-debits, but your current paid plan will continue until the end of the ongoing billing period. ZypeMe does not offer partial billing adjustments or pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

c) Refunds Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Double charge or duplicate transaction
  • Technical error resulting in failed activation
  • Payment failure with amount deducted

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed solely at the discretion of ZypeMe and Razorpay. Refunds, where approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, as per Razorpay settlement timelines.

d) Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized disputes or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account. If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact ZypeMe Support before raising a dispute with your bank or Razorpay.

e) Plan Changes & Pricing

We may update subscription plans, features, or pricing at any time. Any changes will apply from the next billing cycle and will be communicated in advance.

By completing a subscription payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Subscription, Payments & Refunds Policy.

10. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

ForZypeMe may offer premium features through subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are securely handled via Google Play Billing, and refunds are governed by Google Play policies, not ZypeMe. Users agree not to initiate false chargebacks or fraudulent disputes.

11. In-App Purchases

All purchases are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable except where required by law or Play Store policies. Misuse of payment systems may lead to account suspension.

12. Termination & Account Deletion

You may delete your account anytime via App settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate Terms, harm users, or threaten platform integrity. Upon deletion, your profile, matches, and messages may be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZypeMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate matches, identity verification of users, or error-free functionality. Use of the App is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zypeme Private Limited is not liable for:

  • Emotional, physical, or financial damages
  • Misconduct or actions of users
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access
  • Offline interactions or meetings between users

You agree to use the platform at your own discretion and responsibility.

15. Privacy & Data Usage

By using ZypeMe, you consent to our data collection and processing practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. User information is used strictly to operate and improve the App.

16. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (payments, analytics, verification, or messaging). ZypeMe is not responsible for the terms, policies, or behavior of third-party providers.

17. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All legal disputes shall be handled exclusively in courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
